- The valuations generated by our tools are reference estimates calculated with public record data (Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser) and do not replace a certified appraisal or a formal comparative market analysis.

- You may use the site for personal and informational purposes.
- You may not extract data in bulk (scraping), interfere with the operation of the site, or use the content to create derivative products without written authorization.

The original content of the site (text, analysis, brand, design) is the property of Carlos Balart. Public record data belongs to its official sources. You may quote our content with attribution and a link to the source.
